I was fortunate enough to be able to visit Penang Island last month, during my semester break. It was such a memorable trip, even better than my previous Korea or Japan trip, I would say.

Why so? Because Penang have some of the most decent tourist attraction:

And of course, not to be forgotten, the mouth savouring food(s).

But what matters for me most, throughout the entire trip, was the company, the people who’s there WITH me. I went to Penang with my classmates, and when they are not there, I’m with my Penang friends. We went explore together, eat together, have fun together… and if it wasn’t because of them, I wouldn’t enjoy Penang as much as I do now.

With fun people, going anywhere is fun.

The Penang friends

Be it with my classmates or my Penang friends, Penang (minus the awful dim sum) did not, at a bit, disappoint me. In fact, they captured my taste bud and my heart to the max. The Penang trip was definitely one of the best trip I’ve ever been to!

…and I must say, I am bloody hell lucky to have met them in my life.

p.s: To the Penang Kakies, this is a blog post dedicated to you guys. Please cry =)
